...the SENKO Europe story
An established South Korean gas detection manufacturer SENKO widened its product portfolio for the European market. With the aim to target the new western market, we were tasked to build the online presence for SENKO Europe. We helped in successfully launching the SENKO Europe division, and over the years we have been looking after the brand and it's evolution.
Retaining some of the visual language from the original Korean counterpart, we developed the website www.senkoeurope.com, which now has gone through several refreshes to keep it up to date and maintain engagement with the target audience. In it's latest update, the website was split into two sections - one catering to the end consumer and the other dedicated to the distribution partners. The end consumer section focuses on helping them find information about SENKO, the gas detection products and the use cases, while the distribution section helps the existing and potential future partners get all the necessary information on the benefits, market news and seek help and advise on growing their sales. We also built a dedicated Senko Europe Partner Portal (SEPP) to give the distribution partners an exclusive access to internal product updates, unique pricing based on their own sales volume, latest corporate news and programs, community forum, and easily place and track their orders.

The end consumer site has been purposefully designed to have a close resemblance to the original SENKO brand and the Korean website. To achieve this, we chose the original blue with a bit of gradience. The distribution partner site needed to stand out and be immediately recognised by the partners. We introduced the teal colour which is a shade in between the blue and lime green from the original colour palette. We use the same teal colour for all the marketing communication, newsletters and partner portal.
The lime green from the original brand, which is also present in the logo, has been used for a call to action throughout the website in both consumer and distribution partner sections. We also use it as a call to action in their external email communications, social media content and partner portal.
In order to enrich the minimalist SENKO look and feel, we have introduced some design details like the SENKO logo patterned background, videos in the background, gradients, box glow and tiled design details.

In order to maintain the relationship and promote two way dialogue with the distribution partners in Europe, we send email newsletters on a monthly basis. These newsletters cover the latest product, corporate and industry updates that are beneficial for the partners with relevant weblinks and email addresses for further enquires. All email communication is kept strictly on brand.

We helped successfully launch SENKO Europe and steadily grow a strong market presence across Europe over the years.
